My husband is scheduled to have a Button TURP surgery. The Urologist would like him to be off Xarelto for at least 5days.He is on it for Afib. The cardiologist won't approve that til he can see him. Been having treatment and acupuncture and nothing so far seems to help. There are times pain grabs me and almost puts me to the floor. I've been using patches on the area and at times do get some relief but it interferes with my walking as well. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? I do have arthritis. I am taking this for a rash I had on my buttocks, the MD also found hematuria. My urethra is inflamed and the rash were the initial reason for my visit. I have been taking 4 x 50mg of Nitrofuratoin per day for 2 days and yesterday felt much better with my UTI, however, last night I then started to develop a dull ache, tingling slight numbness in my buttocks and my right leg and foot, it comes and goes in the feeling and its not painful or anything and I have felt it before in the past but not sure when. There are two pills, and I think they are antibiotics? but could be mood pills. 1) Oblong, powder pink colour--it is NOT a capsule; 3/4 long, about 1/4fat (deep), and just over 1/4 wide. One side says largely: APO and the other says 500 . There is also a raised band, same colour and everything as the rest, going lengthwise all the way around right in the middle of the side. 2) This might be the same drug, smaller dose: Same shape, same band around the middle sides, but 1/2 long, 1/4 wide, and below 1/4 fat. My father started on Xarelto this past week for Afib and within 2 days gradually started developing bilateral thigh, groin and buttock burning/pain progressing to inability to walk 2 additional days later and severe pain. I had kidney infection and was prescribed Cipro for six months. Now I have severe back pain radiating into the buttock area. I also have loss of control with other functions. I've also dealt with anxiety issues in the past. Never thought any of this was related until tonite when the pain has reached a new level and the drs aren't helping me. Dear Sir Madm I Want To Learn Injection in buttock so will i use Neurobion injection as drug or any other ## Hi zen, The dosing indications for injecting Neurobion are as follows: In severe cases, 1 amp should be given daily by deep IM (intragluteal/buttock). After subsidence of the acute symptoms, or in milder cases, 1 amp IM 2 or 3 times weekly. I hope this information helps address your question.
