Hi, I am 29 years old and have a dry sensitive skin. To improve my skin texture I have been taking evion 400 mg capsule once a day everyday for the past four years. My diet lacks fruits and vegetables as I hate vegetables. My skin has greatly improved because of the vitamin supplement. Just to make sure that I'm not overdosing.. I take my vitamin on an empty stomach and eat my protein (chicken) based meals a couple hours later. My question is..am I taking too much vitamin e? A little concerned coz I read online that one of the side effects of overdosing can affect the heart.
