Hi, my daughter is 8 months old and very thin. She had low birth weight. She doesn't eat much . Even she only takes 2.5 oz milk at a time n then nothing for next 3 hrs. So my pediatrician prescribed Cestonil Plus (Pizotifen + B Complex) for her. Dosage 2.5 ml 3 times a day .. Please anyone help me to find if it's safe for her and has no or very minimal side effects? How are you? How tall are you? That also plays a role in how much you should weigh, according to the NIH. As to the loss of appetite, I've experienced that myself and the best advice I can give you on that is to eat, anyway. You may not eat a large, full meal, but eat, anyway, even if it's just small portions. You know you should eat, so you have to make yourself do it. And don't be afraid to have a few small meals throughout the day, you don't actually have to do 2 or 3 large meals to remain healthy.

I have a 13-year old son, he is so thin and tall. He is very athletic. Thinking that is the reason why he is so thin. I want to know whats best to take what kind of multivitamins to gain weight.
