However, this one is Ranitidine 300mgs, a generic version of Zantac. IT is an antihistamine used to block the release of stomach acids, it does have several other uses as well, such as treating allergies.

a friend came back from a cruise with a white oval tablet with markings if stood up long ways APO on top .25 under the split I can't find a picture of it or what it is anywhere. ## It seems familiar, but I can't find a listing for it, in our U.S. prescription drug resources. Is there another number on the pill besides 500? All of the pills I see are APO 500 with another number extension after that to clarify that it is a different pill. will pill 9 cm long, 3 cm thick, 5 cm wide at middle, ends are not square but have rounded corners, bottle says for severe allergies, take daily, substituted for zertec, cetirizine HCL 10mg tablet. I would like to see a picture of this pill and know it is what the bottle it is in says it is. ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, but I can tell you that a tablet that meets this description with this marking does contain 10mgs of Cetirizine, the active ingredient in Zyrtec.
