These patches are lousy imo. Does anyone know which pharmacy regularly stocks other brands, not Apotex? I am on the 25 mcg patch. I live in Maine around only chain pharmacies. No private pharmacies around. I prefer Sandoz or Mylan as I have had both. Never the other brands but willing to try any other generic. Thanks for reading. ## Anyone can answer. What should the dosage of this med be. Adult female approx 130.lbs. ## The usual Adult dose for an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection is 250 to 500 mg orally every 6 hours for 7 to 10 days. Anatomically speaking, the upper respiratory tract does include the sinuses, so it would be safe to assume that this would be the correct dose for this type of infection. This can be attributed to a 10 hour half life as compared to 4 for a xanax. DO NOT take it at work if its the first or second time you've taken it.
