fairly big round orange coated pill (white inside) that says apo 400 on it ## The only match I am finding is described as pink by the manufacturer, but colors are subjective, it is coated and white inside. It contains 400mgs of Pentoxifylline, a generic for Trental, it is an anticoagulant from Canada. If so Apotex states that the tablet contains 50mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant that is also used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood changes. Amanda, I can't find any listings for a tablet matching that description. There are two pills, and I think they are antibiotics? but could be mood pills. 1) Oblong, powder pink colour--it is NOT a capsule; 3/4 long, about 1/4fat (deep), and just over 1/4 wide. One side says largely: APO and the other says 500 . There is also a raised band, same colour and everything as the rest, going lengthwise all the way around right in the middle of the side. 2) This might be the same drug, smaller dose: Same shape, same band around the middle sides, but 1/2 long, 1/4 wide, and below 1/4 fat. It's bright red, the same colour of the ok and submit buttons on this site. Apo on one side, 125 on the other. My son is prescribed a pink round pill imprinted with P 40. And also a white and yellow capsule with APO 50. The APO 50 looks like apo sertraline, but I'm not sure what the P 40 tablet is? He has OCD.

Is this doxepin (antidepressant) or a motion sickness drug? I'm getting mixed answers when I search online. Apparently doxepin 50mg would be pink (not white). But are they packaged in different colors in canada? Soo confused.

have any ideas? I think it is a narcotic of some type.
