celebrated anniversary and consumed 2 glasses of red wine while on Tramadol. Was this ok as it specifically warns not to on the label?? ## The reason that warning is on the label is because combining it will alcohol can worsen the side effects of the medication, so you may experience much more dizziness, drowsiness and nausea than usual. It kind of makes one drink equal to 2 and so on. Additionally, both the Acetaminophen and the alcohol can have detrimental effects on your liver, though it is doubtful that any long term harm was caused by just two glasses of wine. However, if you are concerned, then consult your doctor to be on the safe side. Learn more Tramadol details here. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. I have the above which was prescribed for pain for surgery I had in 2011. Is this drug still safe and effective? ## Hello, Trina! How are you? If it is in a bottle as dispensed by your pharmacy, then it would have expired one year from the date it was dispensed to you. After that, it begins to lose potency and will not work as well. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## This medication was used and there is still half the medication left will the pharmacy take them back and replace them if I pay for it

small off yellow oval pill. APO on 1 side and the numbers 3-7.5-325 on the other. ## Based on your description I located a similar pill, if not the pill you are looking for. The pill is Triamterene (37.5 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and edema (water retention). NOTE: This particular pill I located is a light green color. Maybe can be mistaken for off-yellow. Also the imprint APO is on one side and the numbers 37.5 | 25 are on the other side. You can view a detailed description of the drug, by clicking on the link below... If you have any more questions or comments to add, please post back so I can further assist you. ## Apo one side and 40 on the other yellow oval in shape. What is it? Was told it was an oxy 40.

What is the difference in the drug called Apo/Tramadol/Acet 325/37.5 mg to the drug Tramadol 300 mg. I have run out of my Trmadol and have the Apo/Tramodol on hand but am not sure of the dosage if it is the same? ## Call your druggist...they can help you. ## The Tramadol that you were taking was 300mgs of just Tramadol by itself in an extended release formulation. Learn more Tramadol details here. The tablet that you've asked about from Apotex contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and only 37.5mgs of the Tramadol, it's often prescribed under the brand name Ultracet. Learn more Ultracet details here. And on that note, it's a much lower dosage of the Tramadol than you are used to taking, so it may not help you as well. Is there anything else I can help with?

We are in China and home on the 27th of February. Will the drug apo-tramadol/acet 37.5/325mg help me with a bladder infection until I get home or do I need to go to a hospital or clinic for another drug? I have been taking apo-sulfatrim 400/80mg which has helped but it is not completely gone and still feels uncomfortable when I pee. I only have 8 pills left of the apo/sulfatrim so not enough until I get home.
