small off yellow oval pill. APO on 1 side and the numbers 3-7.5-325 on the other. ## Based on your description I located a similar pill, if not the pill you are looking for. The pill is Triamterene (37.5 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and edema (water retention). NOTE: This particular pill I located is a light green color. Maybe can be mistaken for off-yellow. Also the imprint APO is on one side and the numbers 37.5 | 25 are on the other side.
