Can someone identify a white round pill stamped with APO MOD 200? ## To answer the original question, a white round pill inscribed APO MOD 200 is reportedly Modafinil 200 mg (NDC 60505-2527). Inactive Ingredients: - Silicon Dioxide - Croscarmellose Sodium - Magnesium Stearate - Methylcellulose (15 Cps) Ref: DailyMed ## Trying to ID a small round pill that's white. On one side it has 123 and on the other it has MP 20. What is a white round pill with APO 018 on it? ## We have received a number of inquiries about this imprint code, but nobody was able to find a match based on both imprint code and reported color. The only lead regarding this was found from the manufacturer Apotex. On their site is listed a round Green pill with the imprint APO 018. The pill that came up is Cimetidine 200 mg, generic for Tagamet (treats acid reflux and other similar conditions). The details were finally found at the following URL: It is highly unlikely that there could be multiple medications with the same imprint code, so if anybody can take a picture and send it our way of a WHITE pill with this imprint, that would be very interesting. ## I'd be happy to send you one. There is no mistaking that this pill is white,...

Pill in blister pak showing imprint of apo 018) pill is white and round. One side has no markings at all. Blister pak states manufactured for Apotex in Canada, but Apotex per phone conversation has no such pill in white and round. Please advise ## I found your pill, the only difference is that it's green not white. It has APO 018 on it, it's round, and it was also manufactured by Apotex Corp. This pill is Cimetidine 200 mg, Cimetidine is largely used in the treatment of heartburn and peptic ulcers. Are there any ingredients listed on the blister pack? Found some Apo 200 White Capsules in my daughters stuff trying to find out what it is and can't find it on any pill identifier site. ## They're capsules? I'm sorry, but the only thing I've found so far with that marking is a round, white tablet. Did you try asking her what they are? I'll keep looking and post back when I find something. Does anyone else recognize these? ## Yes, it is a capsule, not a tablet. It is white ( maybe a light beige) only markings are APO 200. The APO is on left side of capsule divider and 200 on the right in black letters. I've looked evry where and can not find it on any site. ## Did you ever find out what that capsule was?

I got the prescription in Jul 2009. There is no expiry date on the bottle. Is it still safe to take it after 4 years? ## Hi, Milica! Once the factory seal on a bottle of tablets has been broken, the expiration date is one year from the date you received it from your pharmacy. Naproxen doesn't get dangerous after it has expired, but it will start to lose potency, which means that after 4 years, they are virtually worthless and should just be disposed of properly. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My name nargis my naproxen tablets 9Aug 2015 its safe

Thus, I can only advise that you check with your doctor, before using it. Depending on what it contains, such as Vitamin K, it may not be good for you to take with Clopidogrel, because it can affect the clotting factor of your blood. When I went to take my medication this am that had been refilled the tablet was something else. Should have been and was labelled Novo Carbamazapine 200mg. It was a medium sized white convex tablet with a "N" on one side and "100" on the other. Scored in half once. It was some sort of psychiatric medication. Any idea what it was?? ## Hello, Mimi! How are you? Have you contacted your pharmacy about the error? From what I can find, this tablet actually contains 100mgs of Chlorpromazine, which is an antipsychotic. Side effects can include ECG changes, nausea, weight gain and somnolence. ## Thank you for the reply! When I called about it I was told not to take and to come in. They were replaced with the correct medication. They were quite apologetic. Mistakes happen, I guess...

I’m in New Zealand. My usual funded Gabapentin has changed drug company, to a funded APOTEX Gabapentin. Anyone taking the same stuff. I was on 200mg capsules. These new APO ones are 300mg. The pharmacy told me they had changed but did not mention the mg had changed. Meaning I’m taking 500mg extra per day. BUT even though I’m on a bigger dosage they don’t seem to be working.
