Rash from my hand fingers to my upper arms around to back. Looks like tiny scratches. Went to Dr he said Scabies. I don't believe it but I got the cream. Can Gelmicin be used for ringworm and if so is it effective? ## Hello, Robert! How are you? It does contain the antifungal Clotrimazole, so it may help, but you should only use it if a doctor has advised you to do so, because it also contains an antibiotic and a steroid, the latter of which may actually worsen some skin conditions.
