I found a package of pills that are oblong in shape that are white and blue, there is writing on it in chinese in red on the white side and on the blue side it says Antine I have looked everywhere to find out what this is, but am not able to find anything on it. The packageing appears to be something that one could by over the counter.

Phenergan is the name of the medication, but the medication is promethazine. You talk about it dissolving under the tongue. Are you sure you are not thinking about an antinausea medication called Zofran? I get it at the hospital all the time and they have a sublingual tablet that melts under the tongue, I dont believe Phenergan or promethazine does.
