I'm looking for antisleeping pills. I'm an engineering student of Sri Lanka. After every lunch I feel very sleepy and and somedays I felt to sleep at lectures. Can anybody tell me safety & not harmful antisleeping pill please. ## Hey! I am from pakistan. I am a student. I want to minimise my sleeping time period during exam days. Plz Telll Me Name Of Any Anti Sleeping Pills , 2moro i hav exams and i neeed it ## Hello, I'm unaware of any "anti sleeping" pills, however there are caffeine pills and other herbal supplements that contain ingredients which are meant to keep you up and give you energy. Cacao powder contains natural caffeine, so if you have any available you might be able to add it to a smoothie for some extra energy. I just thought I'd mention, the brain doesn't function properly without sleep so if you stay up all night studying you may still have trouble with the exams due to lack of sleep. I know from personal experience... Please post back if you have any more questions!

My little brother was prescribed 25 mg Hydroxcine for his sleeping disorder and I am trying to find out if there is something better to give him since the doctor is using that pills side affect to help him sleep, he has a disorder that he can't ever fall asleep on his own, he needs something to help him. ## In reality, since it's an antihistamine that can cause drowsiness as a side effect, it is likely safer than many of the other choices. Since one of its side effects is drowsiness, some doctors will use it to treat insomnia, as well, however, it IS NOT in and of itself a sleeping pill! However, in the U.S. there is a small, dark green tablet that can sometimes be prescribed for insomnia that contains 25mgs of the antihistamine Hydroxyzine. Insomnia can have natural causes, or it can be caused by other medical conditions and if that is the case, you will need proper treatment for such a condition, in order to rectify the problem. Some medications used to treat it require a doctor's prescription, while some are available over the counter, however, since I don't know what country you are in, I don't know what your exact options are. Many over the counter products use Diphenhydramine as their active ingredient, since it is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness as a side effect. ## i just want to know about the tablets like alprax .. for my knowledge ...and suggest me in every posible way
