This capsule contains 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat certain types of nerve pain and as a mood stabilizer. Should lyrica start working straight away I have been on it for 3 days and still in a huge amount of pain. The pain is in my shoulder and down my left arm. ## Hello, Nett! How are you?
