I have been taking diclofenac sod 75 mg ec tab twice a day for about a month, for arthritis in my ankle. It helps early in the day, but does not last until the next pill is due. You may want to discuss it with your doctor, because a 50mg dosage taken...

I am about to take it regardless of whether I know that it's something for pain. Can you please verify that in the middle the small pill in the middle is codeine (?) And whether or not, I should take the whole 0397 pill (?) Or take the little pill in the middle or mix it with the little pill with 200mg of ibuprofen (?) Thanks a lot! ## This tablet is manufactured by Watson Laboratories and they list it as containing 50mgs of Diclofenac and 0.2mgs of Misoprostol, so it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
