I had a heart attack in 1996 and 2 stents were placed in RCA. Recently, after a routine checkup a medicated stent was placed in LAD on 10/5/2011 and among other medicines(Rantac 150, Prasita 10, Cardace H5, Metolar XR 25, Atorlip 10, Ecosprin 150) I was prescribed Nicorandil/Nicoduce 5 which used to give me a severe general headache. It has now been substituted by Angispan TR 2.6 mg to be taken at 10AM and 4PM. This medicine also gives me such a sever headache which mimics cluster headache sysmptoms and left temple area throbs and hurts like hell. The medicine could be purchased only in 2.5mg variety as chemist says it comes with that strength only. The pain is unbearable. What should be done to resolve this? Can I stop this? Past one year I am taking ANGISPAN-TR. 2.5 I was 90% -60%-50% blockage. How long I have take Angispan_TR 2.5 Please advice. ## why angispan tr be used? is it only for heart blockage? ## Not just for heart blockage, but for any condition that may impede heart function, it is used to help keep it beating and operating normally. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. You should continue taking it for as long as your doctor deems it appropriate for you to do so. Are you on any other medications?

My doctor has given me both etodolac extended-release and angispan tr 2.5mg tablets for pains in my left arm and ears. I want to know if I should take both together and whether it is safe? As I look at websites and it says not to, I'm concerned about taking the above together? What are the side effects if I do?

I am getting beckache, I had studied on net and derived that storvas 5 is the culprit. In the last 6 months (Aug 2013 to Feb 2014) my urea level has gone up from 55 to 100, uric acid from 3.0 6.0 and serum creatinine remained at 2.0. Electrolytes continue to remain within the range. I do not observe any physical changes such as swelling of feet or tiresomeness. I am agile and active. Could you please suggest a way out to keep my urea within the range? I am a strict vegetarian and don't even eggs. Do you suggest any restrictions on specific vegetables. Or, is dialysis the only answer? ## i can give parmanent solution for bp and for ur health=====don...

I am taking Angispan 2.5mg (Glyceryl trinitrate). Can I replace it with Sorbitrate 5 (Isosorbide Dinitrate), as both are prescribed for Angina? I will be thankful if you can provide any clarity on this. Thank you.
