My mom has been taking Thyrox 25 for the last month. However, she has been suffering from skin problems such as itching and rashes for the past 2 to 3 weeks. These rashes resemble rings on the skin and they're spreading. Could this be a side effect of the medication mentioned above? I RECEIVE A TUBE OF GELMICIN AND THE PERSON THAT GAVE IT TO ME SAID TO US IT ON TWO SPOTS THAT I HAD A BISOPSY DONE ON THAT WERE PRE CANCER. THIS PERSON SAID THAT IT HAS BEEN USED FOR THAT AND OTHER SKIN PROBLEMS AND HAS HEALED WITH IN A FEW DAYS. ## I was diagnosed with pre-skin cancer on my left cheek and the doc. believes I have it on the bridge of my nose. The roughness has gone away on my cheek and is considerably better on my nose. I do wear glasses and thought maybe it was from where my glasses lay on my nose. I'm having side effects and am wondering how long they will last. I have a skin rash and it's really burning, especially my fingers and toes. ## get to emergency room immediately ## I have been on DORYX for acne treatment for about a month now. About two weeks ago I got sunburned on my feet, but it seems like only on my toes, the burn didn't go away. It's more of a rashy look. It is also on the inner sides of my hands. After a couple of weeks on Neurontin, I started getting small red spots on my skin. Now I am getting larger spots, about a half inch in diameter. My skin is also getting darker with kind of a blue cast to it. Can't reach my doctor until Monday.
