I am a diabetic patient and I consulted a dentist for braces. After cleaning the teeth, she gave me vitamin c 500mg Limcee tablets orange flavour. melfen 400mg and tramadol

Iv had three wisdom reeth extracted two days ago and the pain is getting worse.. Iv been prescribed tablets that don't dont seem to help very much at all.... Is it ok to take two melfen at once as I was told that was te strongest of what I was given. I was also given solpadol tablets too... Can they be mixed? ## Hello, Sazcoyne! How are you? However, the Solpadol contains Paracetamol and Codeine, the Codeine is actually a narcotic analgesic, which would likely help a bit more.
