I have taken azithromycin (the 4 pills) 2 days ago for an infection and I have to take ampicillin 500 mg for a uti. You should take 1 pill every six hour 4 times a day . 1 hour before you eat or 2 hours after you eat.. but if it causes nausea you can take with food it just takes longer to absorb. .
