Amphetamine Salts Over The Counter

My son switched from Concerta to the generic version Adderall (b973 orange pill) several months ago. Recently he has been experiencing the following problems - sleeplessness, extreme restlessness, loss of appetite, headaches, upset stomach and even had a bout with vomiting one day. I would like him to change medications but how do we wean him and what medications can you suggest? He is an adult, but does not think it is the medication but believes he needs some other medication to counteract this. why is the oval peach B973 amphetamine mixed salts 20mg not as effective as the round orange E401 amphetamine mixed 20mg? i have to take 3 of the B973 to even feel a slight of a boost and it doesnt last but an hour or two. but with the E401 i take 1 or 2 and feel the boost faster and it lasts for at least four hours. is it just the pharmacey you choose has the differant type? or is it in the perscription your doctor writes? ## It could be just a slight difference in the generics. These are red and black capsules. But there is no logo on the capsule at all. The bottle they were in says amphetamine salts ER 5mg cap. I look them up online, but it don't have one pic that resembles these. Can that be what they are? ## No, they are most likely just some type of over the counter product. There is a 5mg dosage of Amphetamine salts available in the U.S., so there would be no need to have them done by a compounder, which is the only way one would get them in unmarked capsules here. I take 60 mg amphetamine salts daily for past 12 months I also take calaritn d for my allergies and had just finished taking a prednisone I had a false pos on a five panel hair test It was tested by omega labs is the meth result due to my meds ## I had vitamins crushed in my pocket and was search by law inforcement and they did field test which turn up .
