Hi, I took an antibiotic in May, then Amoxicillin in June, plus Metrol. I recently developed Oral Trush and now I'm in my 5th day with Fluconazole, (14 capsules). But today my doctor gave me Sulfamethoxazole/TMP DS. I'm not sure if that's ok? ## Sulfamethoxazole with TMP (Trimethoprim) is another antibiotic, so it will not help with thrush, it can actually cause it, as a side effect.
