So I was wondering if it is ok to take a potassium prescription with it along with it? ## What has your doctor, or pharmacist advised? I have been taking 2 pills a day of this for eight days. It was prescribed to me to prevent infection in a ruptured ear drum. The last few days I feel as if I have come down with a head cold. My sinuses are dripping constantly and I am sneezing. I have been taking it for 5 days to cure my ear infection. I started having upper chest pain and it's not sharp nor consistent. Do I need to worry about it? I 'm on treatment with this medication for ten days, after I've been diagnosed Diverticulosis. After days @ the hospital with another antibiotic, Dr sent me home with Amox Tr-K- CLV. 875-125 Mg Tab Since I started this oral antibiotic I noticed that my eses are dark brown and came with a yellow fluid. The first day was diarrhea but now is a little more firm.
