I am considering a supplement that includes Testofen and Trigonella. I also take Amlod Benazp for hypertension. What side effects can I expect? ## From what I was able to gather on Testofen, because it is an all-natural formula, side effects may not be present — or if so, likely should be minimal at best. My husband has been taking amlod/benazp for hypertension. He also has lost most of the cartilage in one hip, which gives him MUCH pain, especially with prolonged sitting/getting up. He is on an anti-inflammatory, and recently discovered his Vit D is extremely low, and has been supplementing that. He forgot his b/p pill 3 days ~ bad boy! And noticed his hip pain was significantly less. AMLOD/BENAZP CAP 5-40MG MANUFACTURER DR REDDY -DIST PICTURE OF PILL, WHAT COLOR? ## I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but it is described as being a capsule that is brown and white, the RDY should be on the brown half and the 587 on the white half and, from the images in the databases, the white actually appears to be more of an off-white, but I am not sure if that is just due to the camera, or possibly the medication inside the capsule itself. I have been taking amlod/benazp caps 10/40 for about six months. I notice me being light headed. But now it sames like it is happening constance, and i feel short of breath and feel like i have to urinate often. ## Headache, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue are reported to be frequent side effects associated with Amlodipine. Benazepril also lists headaches as a common side effect, but I would think that Amlodipine presents the worst of what you're experiencing, due to the added fatigue. At least it's good to know that there are also many other alternative anti-hypertensive medications or therapies out there if you feel like you need to try something else with less side effects. As to the other symptoms, what have your blood pressure readings been? There are a few possibilities here that might explain the problem. One would be if your blood pressure is actually going too low with these medications. If this is the case you may need a dosage adjustment. I seem to be tired ALL the time ## This is just the generic version, however there can be differences, so if you are having a problem, you might want to ask your doctor to prescribe the name brand and mark brand medically necessary on the prescription. ## Has anyone taking amlod/benazp experienced heart palpitation? ## I haven't been able to sleep ever since I started taking this medication. I was on Lisinopril before and didn't have any problems, but after about 1 yr, it stopped working.

It is a gray and white capsule with RDY on the gray end, and 341 on the white end. ## I have taken Amloz/Benazp Caps 10-20 for years. They have always been pink. We switched drug companies and now they are gray and yellow (creme color) with RDY on them .
