received pill, supposed to be ambie,10mgs,,white ,longshaope, about i inch,no markings ## i'm located in Katonahn N.Y.10536..the 2 packages of tablets (Lunesta &Ambien 10 mgs were identical..Round, Peach colored, Came from India..No Markings at all) I find that very suspicious ## Yes, I find it suspicious as well, as they are different medications, so they should not be identical. However, this is the hazard of ordering from a foreign source, you have no way of knowing what it is that you received, because they are not regulated like medications are in the U.S. That said, without markings, there is no way to know for sure what you have, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. Is anyone else familiar with these tablets? ## I was sold similiar, white round, with 2 semi circle ...

ambien,10mgs,peach colored, no visible markingsraids ## peach colored, no markings, supposed to be ambien 10mgs ## If there are no markings, then it is not a legal U.S. version of Ambien and there is no way to know, with any certainty, what you have, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. Where was this obtained? ## My Ambien (zolpidem tartrate) 5 mg. is reddish, with a logo on one side and 5 mg on the other side. Made or sold by Torrent Pharmacy. Works OK but lasts about 3 hours. Been on it 2 years; no side effects. I am 88.

I thought this was manufactured by Aurobindo? So why does my bottle say its manufacturer is North Star? Is there something fishy going on that I don't know about? I will return to the pharmacy tomorrow to see if I got some bunk meds. None of this makes sense. ## Hello, Schooter69! How are you? It is manufactured by Aurobindo, but Northstar is a licensed distributor for them. NDC code: 16714-0621 or 65862-0159 If you click on those NDC codes, you'll see that the first is listed under Northstar, and the other is listed under Aurobindo, but they both list the same tablet. Some pharmacies list the distributor that it was purchased through, and some list the original manufacturer, it depends on their policies. However, it is the markings on the tablet that matter, since they let you ...

What are the exact markings on the tablet? That is what would enable me to check for you to see whether or not it is an Ambien/Zolpidem tablet. Learn more Ambien details here. I have an orange yellowish pill with no imprint on one side and a line on the other to split down the middle. It's an Ambien pill most likely, but I just want to double check. ## In the U.S. all prescription tablets are required to have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency, this if a tablet has no markings, it is most likely an over the counter medications, though there is also a small change that it could be a foreign drug. The FDA warns that Ambien may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, sleep actions, hallucinations, and next day hangover-like effects. Do you know anything else about it, such as where it was found?

I recently filled my ambien prescription from the Internet. white oval pills with amb 10 on one side and 5421 on the other. The pills have a sweet taste however, not the usual bitter taste of zolpidem and I don't really feel any effects. I am worried they are not good. Can anyone help? ## Those are the markings for a legitimate 10mg Ambien tablet. However, if you ordered from a source that doesn't require a prescription, then it's always possible to receive fake pills, that's just one of the hazards of ordering that way. Are there any other questions or comments? ## I also filled my ambien rx online, they have same markings and a sweet taste with slight bitter. They DO NOT work. Not sure what to do or what i have now ingested. Anybody know about this? ## You probably sho...

God bless everyone!! thank you ## How is she doing? The only listings I can find for pills with the ZCR marking say that they are a 12.5mg controlled release Ambien tablet, which contains the active ingredient Zolpidem, that is used for the short term treatment of insomnia. In the future, I also have to advise anyone, if you feel someone's life is in danger, you should contact your nearest emergency serv...

My doc has been giving me ambien from his office. I pay $15 for 15 pills. He goes back and forth bs about ambien that I know isn't true. This week, my pills are white, round, an X in the middle and two straight lines on either side of the X. This is coming from a DOCTORS OFFICE. no clue what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did take tons of pictures ## Found a small white round pill with score mark on one side and the other side looks like either sp with the bottom of the p has a slash looking like an x, or maybe cs with x above it. Dark pink in colour. Oblong shape. No markings apart from an indentation line one one side of the tablet. 10 mg Zolpidem tartate tablets is the name stated on packaging. Shipped from India. Lic.No. 1752-OSP ## Without any markings, it is impossible to verify what it is. Since it is from outside the U.S. it can sometimes be hard even if it does have markings on it. The only real option you have would be to pay to have it lab tested. Did you order these online?

Is the zolpide 10mg exactly the same as ambien peach tabs ## Hi, Hazel! I'm sorry, but without more information, such as the dosage or markings on the peach tablet you've mentioned, I can't say if they are the same or not. However, I can tell you that from what you've listed in the post title they would be considered the same. Zolpidem is the active ingredient in Ambien, so it's the generic version. This medication is used for the short-term treatment of insomnia and may cause some side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, hallucinations and next day hangover effects. Learn more Ambien details here. Do you know what the markings are on the peach tablets?

since I been taking the purple pill i feel really sick, when I don't take it i am fine, could i be allegeric to it? ## Do you mean you're getting sick to your stomach, as in being nauseous? If so, that's usually not the symptom of an allergy, but you may be sensitive to the active ingredient Zolpidem, or one of the inactive ingredients in the pill. Learn more Ambien details here. Are there any markings on the tablet?

This is supposed to be ambien/zolpidem but the pill is tan, not white. It has the other markings such as AMB 10 and 5421 on the other side. Is this a fake? ## Located a match it's Ambien 10 mg, which is a prescription medication used for the short-term treatment of insomnia, as well as some brain disorders. I recently received small, slightly off-white football shaped (like brand-name Xanax), unmarked, yet scored on one side...Allegedly generic Ambien...Anyone know what it really is, or has the same product and knows for sure what it is? ## Was this ordered from a foreign pharmacy/source? If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. All legal U.S. manufactured pills have to have unique imprints to enable their identification, but few other countries have such a law in place. It may be Ambien, or any number of other medications, including over the counter products. Is anyone familiar with this tablet? ## Since posting your question have you found out if this was generic ambien? I have recieved the same thing and am concerned as it looks noth...

need help identifying small round yellowish pill imprinted with A1 and nothing else....Please help ## I believe it is the generic for Ambien CR 12.5 mg. It is a sleeping pill (sedative/hypnotic). It is used to treat insomnia. It is not addictive, but if you take this medication for a long period of time your body will depend on it for sleep. I hope that helps. ## The pill that I've found which meets this description, off-white and round contains 1mg of Guanfacine, the active ingredient in Tenex, it has several medical uses, including treating high blood pressure. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and diarrhea. anyone who may know anything about this jplease let me know these people took over 200 dollars and sent me some yellow pills thru the mail that they claim are ambien, from usa, and fda approved. but they arent or they would have markings. i dont know what they are and im scared to take one. i want my money back but ive emailed them fifty times or more and never get a email back. ## Unfortunately, that's one of the hazards of ordering in such a manner, there's really no way of being sure what you'll get. Not long ago there were people posting on here who'd all ordered from one website and they all received the same exact pills, the problem was they'd all ordered different things and the place just sent them all the same pills claiming it was the drug they'd ordere...

Round white pill w/no markings or scorings.smaller than clonidine about size and shape of zolpideum(generic ambien) I have found two in the house please help to ID ## Sorry, if there are no markings then it is impossible to positively identify it. All prescription drugs that are legally sold in the US are required to have individual imprints to enable their ID, according to manufacturer, active ingredient and dosage. With no markings, I would think it is possibly something over the counter, unless it is a drug from a foreign country.

could the small white pill with no markings be a generic form of ambien? ## It is not a legal prescription for it in the U.S. All prescription tablets, pills and capsules in the U.S. must have markings/imprints to enable their identification. Do you know where it was obtained? Read more:
