My dr has given me, ambian, Sonoma, tamazapam. I need to sleep to function at Work and life. I'm a zombie. ## Hello, Paula! How are you? Have you tried maintaining good sleep hygiene? That would be keeping a schedule, so you're always in bed at the same time and getting up at the same time, even on weekends. No alcohol or caffeine after 5pm. No heavy meals in the evening. Not using your bedroom for anything other than sleeping. Keeping all lights off at night and etc.? Maintaining a schedule is actually what resolved my long-term insomnia issues, when nothing else would.

I just wondering how this version of ambian works the same as other verions? I been on 3 mg of clonazepam, with 10 mg ambian with T3 codeine/naproxen 375 and am around 100lbs. Oh and toss in a paxil or prozac and 600mg seroquel. I was off my rocker, so I worked myself off now with the VA and on 1 mg. I got the new pink ones and being that I've been on the round ones, they seem different. I get my script every 14 days, on restriction, so I got the orange .5 too and between the orange one and the pink 0.5mg they are very different. The pink seems like junk. I tried both on different nights and know when they wear off. I can last maybe 12 hrs on the orange v.s. like 6 on the pink and feel icky. I found some tiny blue pills with m on one side and AB on the other. They are in a bottle of Ambian for my mother-in-law who has Dementia. Please help me find out what they are. I got Sandoz for the first time. Taken many other generics over the years. I have been awake for 48 hours. Can not sleep just lay in bed. I'm on 10mg four times daily. Last one taken 9 hours before. Racing thoughts and pointless projects since taking them. Feels some what the same when I tried crystal 10 years ago. Tried neighbors ambian to sleep, no effect. Anyone else have these issues? Benadryl dosage is to take 1 or 2, I take 4 or 5 every night. I know it's not good to do but allergies keep coming and my allergist keeps telling me to do what i'm doing right now. Any bad side effect? Is this the reason why I got allergic to 14 medications? Only 4 were alletgy medicines.
