so far I've only found one site by the name of versandapo, mentioning anything about them. there is no option to buy as it says prescription only, but at least its good information for those looking. best bet is to find a chubby friend over in germany to get the script and fedex the drops to you. ive been googleing german pharmacy on the internet. good luck and let me know if you can find out more. ## Based on my research, Alvalin is available by prescription only in Germany... so like you said, I believe going there in person is probably the only way you're going to get ahold of it legitimately. diet pill small white ALVA ON ONE SIDE #2 ON THE OTHER SIDE ## Alva makes a number of over the counter products and they use ALVA on all of them, so there is no comprehensive listing of what they are, even though this has the number 2 on it. The only weight loss tablet that they list on their site is a product called CarboFast. They are a dietary supplement capsule, but the site does not list what they contain. Does anyone else have more information?

There is a number 2 on the back side ## Found a match it's Magnesium 162.5 mg and Pamabrom 25 mg, which are the active ingredients in Diurex. Diurex is used to treat bloating. The Alvagen pill , is the worst pill I've ever taken.. and to the 1984 deal.. that's history , the 20% additive.. They are allowed 30% additive now.. Trump just signed an executive order.. making companys to have to hold back on how many pills they are allowed to give to the pharmacy.. just like Obama did. Which means my Endocets will be given to the hospital's first.. it's back to generics for me.. I take them , it's like taking nothing at all. Withdrawals for me now.

Diuretic details here. They use that marking on all of their products though, so I am not certain that's what it is. They actually have two different version of their Diurex, one that uses caffeine and one that doesn't, though I can't find specific details on what it does use. Where was it found?

Are these german diet drops still available? I know they worked. I knew a German gal in 1980. ## Yes, it's now called Alvalin. It costs €25 - I tried to get a prescription but they like to check your vitals before prescribing it. It will elevate blood pressure but it can be taken with blood pressure meds. ## I was in Germany in the 1990's and I use to go to a German Dr to get the b12 drops, but it comes in pill form too. ## From what I've been reading across other related threads here, these X112 diet drops stopped being available many years ago.
