I was prescribed 270 30 mg oxycodone take one every 2-3 hours as needed for pain. Is this a common dose? It seems extreme to me but my prior dose is not effectve anymore ## It is not common, but if you are tolerant to Oxycodone and have been using it for a long time, then it is no necessarily dangerous, either. Many doctors will try this when their patient has build up a tolerance to their current dose and dosing schedule. Especially if alternative medications don't work. Have you tried any other analgesics? ## what state do u live in? i cant believe they give u that much youre lucky i have a high tolerance an am on pain magmt an i can only get 120 a month so far!! ## how many times a day can u take roxycodone 30 mg ## This is disgusting. Roxycotin 30 mg (oxycodone)
37 Replies RSS
I am on 30mg Roxycotin (oxycodone) 180 tablets per month. I have insurance, however, cannot find a pharmacy that has supplies of prescription (I hear many people are having this issue recently). My doctor might prescribe an alternative. I am very afraid of the alternative due to not understanding how medications translate. I fear it not being adequate for me to function and go to work. What is a viable alternative? Does anybody know. I am told dilaudid (I cannot spell the med.) But the doctor is saying 8mg. in the amount of 110 pills (as opposed to 30mg of oxycodone in the amount of 180 pills) that I am currently prescribed. It looks like a serious drop in the ammount and mg. of medication. I fear the worst. Anybody have any advice. It would be greatly appreciated. ## dear freind; the r... ...

Oxycodone Needed

I am looking for a place where I can use a prescription for Oxycodone 30 mg.qty 240, my mother needs these and we cannot find them anywhere. We live in South Florida ## Unfortunately, people are having trouble finding them in stock anywhere in the U.S. We have no real information as to why this is occurring, though, because there have been no shortages reported to the FDA. Has she considered talking to her doctor about possibly using an alternative medication, until she can get this filled? ## I talked to Walgreens corprate about the 30mg oxy problem, I was told they are being reformulated,To turn to a useless jell when air hits the center of the pill . That will make you very sick making you go to the ER, thus the doctors will instantly know what you've been up to.Due to the misuse... ...

Small white pill with NM 11 printed on one side and nothing on the back ## I took endocet as prescribed by my Pain Specialist Dr. after dinner and after 30 mins. or so, I began experiencing light headedness, shortness of breath, vomiting, confusion, unusual thoughts... ## Oxycodone will do that to some people, especially if you are not used to taking narcotics or senstive or allergic to some other narcotics such as codeine. Another alternative is that those can also be just regular side effects from taking it and they will seem more acute if you are not used to taking narcotics. Most narcotics will cause shortness of breath, but if you found it truly bothersome, then I would suggest speaking to your doctor so they can prescribe an alternative medication. ...

I want to see how 30mg oxciden look? ## Hi Mark, I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, but I do know that a 30mg Oxycodone can come in various forms, depending on the manufacturer. If you're looking for a specific photo of a certain pill, you would need to know the imprint(s) on it to pull up the right photo. Alternatively, you can just as easily pull up a photo of various 30mg Oxycodone pills by search for "30 mg oxycodone" on google images. A more common 30mg Oxycodone pill is round and blue and contains the marking "A 215". I hope this helps in your search! ...

The one most commonly used to replace Morphine, since it is more powerful and requires a much lower dosage is Opana, which contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone.
