I am trying to identify a medication and need help. It is a heart shaped pill with one side that is white and reads US. Onthe other side the pill is yellow and reads 04 20 with a score between the 04 and 20. ## I need help identifying a yellow and white heart shaped pill. On the white side it reads US and on the yellow side it reads 04 20 with a score between the 04 and 20. does anyone know what this might be? ## This is a Norel SR tablet, it contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine and Phenytoloxamine, in a time released formulation,, it is used to treat cold and allergy symptoms. Do they still make the qualitest v 36 01 yellow norco and can you still find pharmacies that carry these or have they been recalled and are they only making the white ones now? ## Patrick, they stopped making them a while back. It is highly doubtful that you can find any of the yellow Norco. I have been on these for awhile but now,it is and oval and has a big V on one side and the numbers 35/98 ## Yes, this is just another generic for the same thing, these ones are made by Vintage/Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, the dosage is 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 660mgs of Acetaminophen. ## what do you request if you are allergic to yellow dye and these have a orange tint, I had a light receation,then stoped till I could get in them in a white form.
