Hi, My current doctor has decided that it would be best to stop my monthly prescription for 30mg percocets. I have chronic back pain from skiing injuries and other sports related problems. I have never abused or taken more than was suggested. I never got "high" and was always able to work and interact with clients in a positive way. Now without the medication, the pain is becoming a distraction. Does anyone know a doctor who isn't scared to prescribe common pain killers. They are produced for a reason, but recent uptake in illegal abuse has made doctors uneasy with long term prescriptions? Whats the difference between loricet and loritab? ## Those are 2 different drug names with the same active ingredients. They both contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so they are basically the same. Narcotic pain killers. ## Actually the amount of ingredient has nothing to do with the name of the drug whatsoever. The name just varies according to who manufactured it, you will also find it listed under straight generic names with no proprietary name at all. They all contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. ## Ever seen a Vicodin 10/650 or a Lorcet 5/500? Neither have I. Hi, I recently ran out of Subutex because my doctor was shut down by the DEA and I really don't want to get back on pain killers, I wanted to know if there are any other doctors that prescribe Subutex in my area?
