Governor Kasich is proposing a 5 year transition plan that is forcing Medicaid patients to go with Health Care Agencies. First with agencies you don't have access to workers background checks, their addresses even! Yet they come into your home to care for the most disabled. Independent workers: You have their personal information and they answer to YOU. When agency workers are fired and choose to harass patients for it, you have their name and address for the police. Not so with agencies. WHY is there a push towards agencies in Ohio? There is no VALID reason. Not for us to know. They say there are more independent workers who defraud but we've had 2 great independent nurses who are angels but aides from agencies we've had to fire one after another. They've lied, cheated ...

The Drug Enforcement Agency is making it very hard on doctors to prescribe pain medicine such as oxycodone, oxycontin, percocet and even hydrocodone. They have set new rules that go into effect May of 2016, that's this month. Unless you have a serious condition and have been on these meds for the treatment of your pain it will no longer be easy peasy getting the appropriate pain relief you need from a general practitioner... If you have sciatica with burning down the legs into the feet I suggest seeing a neurologist to treat your pain... Avoid a pain management clinic for now (until the dust settles from the new rules) if that's you I described.. A neurologist will order a emg, mri, and even a CT Scan. These will show your issues and justify a slow moderate increase in your pref...

I was on zoloft in 2001 and went off in 2007. When I started for the home health. Agency. It been some years and feel my depression is back and I know it. Before I start going to see a social worker and should start back on Zoloft after many years ## Hello, Yvette! How are you? You could try it, again, and it may still work for you. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, anxiety, headache, dry mouth and weight gain. However, there is also a chance that it will no longer work for you and you may need to try something else. Is there something else I can help with? ## I took Zoloft for about 8-10 years the it stopped working. They changed me over to cymbalta and been fine since. I did gain a lot of weight but hard to tell if it was the medicines fau...

For hot flashes or Alternative Treatments? Nonhormonal? ## The FDA is a government agency and they want us to die, that's a no-brainer, to keep our SSI and thin out the population. I've never been so offended by doctors not wanting to write an RX and I'm suffering in pain. The amount is high so you can take bulls*** that doesn't work. None of them do. Matter of fact, if it's not a controlled substance I don't want it. It just doesn't work. They know wtf they are doing and belladonna was way better than donnatal. Freaking con artists. ## I've been prescribed Prozac to help with my perimenopause symptoms, including hot flashes. It doesn't eliminate all of them, but it really does help. I am a medical supply distributor. I need a resource that will tell me what products can and can not be sold to a Home Care Agency. Specifically we are questioning whether 250 ml NaCl (saline) can be sold to an agency for wound irrigation but other products come up periodically and we want to make sure we are handling things appropriately. ## What country are you looking for information on? Not all countries use the same drug schedules and, even with those that do, they are not identical for all of them.

I have been taking dextroamphetamine for several years .in dec 2011 I could not find any, I was told they were back ordered and that the drug and food agency had a limitation on how much could be sent to each state. now in 2013 they are back and the price has sky rocketed i think they created the shortage so they could raise the price ## You are entitled to your opinion, but such conspiracy theories usually have little merit and are rarely born out by research and time. There are limits on how much a pharmacy can order and stock in any given month of all controlled substances, it's not a limit placed on states, but on each pharmacy according to the size of their normal customer base. Anyone curious can read more Dextroamphetamine details here. How much has the price changed for you?

CSAT (Center for Substance Abuse Treatment) will maintain a database to help patients locate qualified doctors." You can browse through the CSAT's database of doctors here: buprenorphine.samhsa.gov/bwns_locator It looks like there's quite a few options in the Phoenix area. How does this pill work? I am the caretaker for my mom who has type 2 diabetes. Sometimes, when she stays home because she does not feel like attending the daycare she is reluctant for me to call the home health agency to come and inject her insulin which is at 13 units per day. I have had incidents where she has raised BSL close to 600 range and I start panicking !! Is this pill fast acting? the issue with my mum is that she won't eat same amounts day to day. So, I have to be constant monitoring the blue pill intake. I worry she might have a stroke when showing this BSL. She always says she feels fine when it happens but I believe the inside of her body is the one in danger. Any suggestions and comments are appreciated. Thank you.... ## Well, one solution would be to learn how to i...
