I was just wondering how long it takes for the body to adjust. I am suffering from sore throat swollen neck glands and sinus issues. ## Hello, Liz! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you're experiencing. It can take about 4 to 5 weeks for your body to get used to the medication and for the side effects to taper off, before going away entirely. As reported by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, headache, dizziness and increased urination. If there is no improvement after that time frame, you should consult your prescriber, as it may not be the right medication for you to take. Is there anything else I can help with?

Into my second month on contrave. I have experienced every side effect. Irritable, ringing ears, vomiting, lack of libido ect..ect. I have lost weight but at a high price. I hope hope hope my body will adjust to this torture. ## You should try Belviq, it has a much friendlier side effect profile ## @Jojo, I'm not sure how long it's supposed to take for your body to adjust to the effects of Contrave, but after two months of it not working as expected I'd be hard pressed to expect anything different out of it. That's just me though. I realize some medications such as birth control can also take a long time to become fully effective as well; and if that is the case with Contrave this may just be an extended waiting game. However, on the other hand - if the side effects aren...

I seem to be gaining weight. The first week, I had a hard few days adjusting to it, then I got beyond it and started loosing weight , happy. Now in my 2nd week, I'm gaining weight. The Topamax in the past , alone, made me hungry/tired. Phentermine in the past worked but I was used to 37.5 mgs when it was prescribed back in the 90's. The Qsymia's paltry 3.75 mgs is pretty darn low dosage. It's too early to up the dosage to the next level which is fine by me bc. I'm afraid that when I do, the double dose of the Topamax will double my appitite; 7.5 mgs. of phentermine is still so low I'm surprised it's even prescribed. I guess I'm just a perpetual malcontent, huh. ## Hello, BostonHolly! How are you doing? Has there been any change? Are you also getting lots ...

Any other meds can improve Sinemet effectiveness? ## Hello, Muhammad! How is your dad doing? You shouldn't adjust the dosage of any of his medications, without his doctor's approval. Im on work comp for two herniated discs. Doctors have me on Percocet 10 and zanaflex. Body adjusting. I also am prescribed 3mg of xanax daily along with zoloft for anxiety. Would this pill help if I were to ask? I dont want to take pills that can become habit forming like this. AndI know my tolerance is going up. Can someone please give me an honest answer. Thank you so much ## The Oxycodone in the Percocet is very strong and taking the Xanax into consideration, as well, I really doubt that the Marinol would help you much. Learn more Marinol details here. It's just really not been made with the intention of treating severe issues and it's potency really pales in comparison to what you are already taking. Are there any other questions or comments?

Beginning January I completed 3 months of Epclusa, n now am every day dealing with foot, ankle and lower leg swelling. What has happened, am adjusting my diet to minimize effects of that n nausea; it was into the third month that these conditions began to settle in! so far there has been no knowledgeable feed back, like the specialist are only guessing; this is very disconcerting to me. ## I don't know if you know about the lawyers in Texas helping people on harvoni, but epclusa has half of the same medicine in it. They told me to get more people to call. Their name is George Fleming 1-713-621-7944. I took it a year and a half ago and I'm still messed up with my nervous system. Please call them!!!! Does this Amneal tablet have a side effect of changing my coumadin number if I take 1 pill at once, or 2 pills at once.? Am having trouble adjusting Warferin level. fall asleep ok but wake at 1 or 2 am exhausted still ## What time do you take it? Learn more Viibryd details here. I'm curious as to whether or not adjusting the time of day you take it may help. Have you talked to your doctor about it? ## My Dr. advised me to take Viibryd in the evenings. I am on day 12, and I sleep okay sometimes, but mostly I feel exhausted and sleep-deprived. I have interrupted sleep and I wake up too early to get a full 8 hours of sleep. I have tried taking melatonin, but that didn't really help.

Lioresal tablet. I take half a tablet twice a day. I dont know if its 5mg or 10mg. It is a small round white tablet with K on one side and G on the back ## I cannot find a listing for this, I tried adjusting the imprint and even looking under logos. Lioresal contains Baclofen, it is primarily used as a kind of muscle relaxant to treat spasms, so it is only available in the U.S. by prescription. Do you not have a prescription bottle? Does anyone else have information on this?

Does buspars make anyone else angry? ## Hello, Billy! How are you? How long have you been taking it? Sometimes, these anxiolytics can cause symptoms like that for the first few weeks that you are taking them, while your body is adjusting. After 3 to 4 weeks, your body usually adjusts and it starts having its intended effect. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include nausea, dizziness, headache and feeling nervous/excited. However, if you've been taking it for over a month and are still experiencing this, then it may not be the right medication for you and you should speak to your doctor about trying something else.
