I have been taking the orange 20mg Adderall for almost a year now. I had my old Dr. retire and I got a new one. She kept me on it but as soon as I got my new prescription, the one I got was white R 351 pill. Is this the same as the orange or better? ## They have just been manufactured by different companies, which is very common with generics. I've been prescribed 3 20mg Adderalls a day for 18 years and I've always gotten the orange ovals and they've worked great for me, but due to losing my insurance I hadn't had them for awial but I just started getting them again today and when I filled my script I got home to find out that they gave me the round bright pink ones which I've never seen in my life and everyone else I know that is prescribed them told me they have never seen them either, but I looked them up and confirmed they are Adderall so I took 1 at a time to be safe and by the time i had gotten to my 3rd prescribed pill for the day I didn't feel any different except for having a pounding headache that started 30 minutes after taking the first one and I just had dry mouth, but before I call my doc...

I agree with you all in the difference between the peach oval generic pills vs. the orange round generic pills. The oval ones - I stay focused throughout the day at my job with almost no side effects. Recently, my normal pharmacy who I have picked my prescriptions up from for the 7 years switched to the round orange ones. Assuming they were the "same", I took them. The first day I already could notice a HUGE difference! My biggest complaint was the headaches! Not to mention very irritable, fatigue, weakness. I recently got the pink round 30 mg tablets and I find they make me tense up a lot more... sore muscles, shaky, hard to get motivated because I'm so distracted from the negative side effects... The only way I like this brand is if I take a Benzo with them to counteract. ## Hi, I think because there is a shortage right now, they are giving out corr brand vs teva(the orange ovals). Certain types of 30 mg adderall (mainly the big, pink & as of recent orange round ones cut with a cross imprint), tend to not work as well 4 me as the 1's I always used to get orange oval-shaped 1's that read 30 & split in the middle; & kinda tasted like candy). I have been taking Adderal for many years, the orange oval generic pill. My last prescription had white R 351 pills. I never had a problem with the orange ones.
