Whether or not they want to pursue treatment is up to them and if so they might go for another medication rather than Adderall. Chances are if you walk in and say you have ADHD, then ask for an Adderall script you won't get it because it is seen as what they call "drug seeking behavior". Also, you can't expect them to not ask any questions, because that is essentially part of their job in making sure they give you the right medication and aren't just handing it over to someone who only wants to abuse it. I recently got the pink round 30 mg tablets and I find they make me tense up a lot more... sore muscles, shaky, hard to get motivated because I'm so distracted from the negative side effects... The only way I like this brand is if I take a Benzo with them to counteract. ## Hi, I think because there is a shortage right now, they are giving out corr brand vs teva(the orange ovals). I'm from Texas and I'm wondering if any of you guys have been notified by your PCP about the new triplicate policy? My PCP's office notified me that I have to go in each month for me to get my prescription instead of every 4th refill and I also have to pay whatever amount I pay for co-pay+tripcate and on top of that I'm required to do monthly EKGs. Has anyone heard of such new policy for 2016? And due to the new regulations that have been put in place, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist, so a psychiatrist would be required. I am a male 45 years old and psychiatrist diagnosed me with ADD. It took me years and years to finally admit I had an issue so I looked for a psychiatrist. She started me on Vynase and worked my way up to 50mg, I did last long for me so the other day she switched me to Adderall 30mg. I picked it up this morning and was a generic brand and on the orange capsule says R3061. I took one at 730 this morning and did not feel anything except a couple hours later very lethargic. I know I was not suppose to take another one but I did and did not feel anything. I called the cvs phamasist to ask if there is a difference between the brand name and the generic I am on based on what I have read here and other places and his response was I would have the same reaction if I was on the brand or generic....

Is there such a thing? ## No, I am afraid that Adderall comes in tablet form only. Adderall contains a mix of Amphetamine salts and is used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy. Common side effects may include: nausea, irritability, weight loss and insomnia. Is there anything else I can help you with?

CAN YOU TAKE BOTH OF THESE MEDS? WHAT ARE REACTIONS IF ANY? ## I'm not sure why you are on one medication (Xanax) that depresses your system, and another (Adderall) that is a stimulant. Perhaps the Adderall is to help you with ADHD? That is typically the only reason one takes Adderall...if they have a focusing deficit and need the mediciine to concentrate. Some people who have ADD are very wired and excitable so doctors put them on things like Clonodine, (but usually not Xanax), to help calm them down. How does everyone find the Extended Release (XR, ER) version of Adderall to work when compared to the Immediate Release (IR)? ## Adderall XR, maybe I got a bad generic but it's crap, it does not reveal in your system. I hate all XR meds they are awful. My doctor put me on reg Adderall and the quality is night and day, reg last 4 hours that's okay. I take another one, and get the same quality. The xr is weak and seems to last a shorter time than the IR. Everybody is different I know, and I'm no doctor, so take what your prescribed, and please do not abuse drugs, take it like its prescribed. It works trust me. Corepharma adderall 30 mg is not really effective for concentration and just seems to becoming less and less effective for my add symptoms. Zero help w/ motivation. Seems to be making me even more lethargic, depressed, hopeless. I have been on adderall 8 years. I'm 29 2 kids. My dosage is at 60 mg. 30mg ir 2 x daily I actually took 1.5 months off it and learned just how unmanageable my adhd / add is with out it. I tried starters and Wellbutrin during that time both which had neg side effects and just got back on adderall 10/30. Corpharma 30 pink tabs are what I got. I have been EXHAUSTED lethargic headaches sad .... Weird crap. I tried taking more just to see if it was weak (up to 200mg) - all it did was made all those symptoms ALOT worse. Is it the brand ?
