Do they always come in the orange see through capsules? That's how I receive mine from my doctor. Or do they sometimes come in other colors in regular pill form? Certain types of 30 mg adderall (mainly the big, pink & as of recent orange round ones cut with a cross imprint), tend to not work as well 4 me as the 1's I always used to get orange oval-shaped 1's that read 30 & split in the middle; & kinda tasted like candy). I had no idea there could be a difference between the different colors of generic adderall. This explains why I find the pink ones less effective than the orange. I have been waiting for my D-Amphetamine 20mg to be filled for two weeks now and finally today an hour ago I got a call from Walgreens saying my Rx was ready for pickup! Need to know the bead color of the 3061 capsule ## @jake, I'm not sure about "R 3061", but "R 3060" contains WHITE beads and is the 20mg extended release version from the same manufacturer (Actavis)... So odds are that the 30mg 3061 capsule may have the same color beads as the dosage below it. The only differentiating factors I'm aware of are the imprints and the capsule color itself. However I've also heard about Adderall capsules containing peach colored beads as well as combinations of orange and white together. If you have one why don't you open it up and check? Does anyone know the color of the beads that are instant release in the Shire 30 mg. I am trying to find this out because the long acting beads stay active to long preventing sleep and the Shire Brand is the only decent Adderall. I believe the two colors are white and a orange lookin beige. Today I picked up my 20mg x 2 daily adderall IR Instead of my usual adderall made by teva brand i was given a new type that I have never had before... It's supposedly a newer generic version from Lannett pharmaceuticals. It looks just like teva accept it's a lighter shade of peach color and it doesn't have that sweet flavor. It's more chalky like..its early evening and I decided to try one two hours have gone by and still nothing. I have been taking adderall 30mg for two years now and it really helps me. but my last script I got filled was a blue capsule and is a generic brand..Dextroamp. this is awful. I was taking 15mg Adderall XR white and clear capsules with blue inside and they worked great for about 6-8 hours then I crashed. I asked my Dr. about it and he just said we would try it for another month. Ok, however, when I got my new prescription, it was generic. I never thought anything of it.
