I found a blue capsule with the markings 3060 on it with white powder in it, what is it? ## Is the marking R 3060 on both halves of the capsule? If so, then this contains 20mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts in an extended release formulation, it's a generic for Adderall XR that's commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.
