My dad set me up with a doctor who agreed to put me on adderall. I got the bottle today and it says: Oval Blue b 972...... Genneric for adderall. Does this product work well? I have previously been taking XR of adderall and I'm hesitant to change ## This is a 10mg tablet of Mixed Amphetamine salts, so a generic for Adderall, however, the only way to see if it will work for you is by actually trying it. Hi. I have ADHD along with depression. I use Escitalophram 10mg at bedtime for depression, also along with 5 mg. Ambien. I used to take Temazapam 10 mg before I saw studies associating it with either dementia or Alzheimer's, from which my father died. I also have sleep apnea. Understanding that one's ADHD is not effectively addressed until the depression is first being addressed, my psychiatrist is prescribing 40 mg generic ADDERAL (E 401) x 2 in the morning and generic Ritalin 20mg in the afternoon, though I suspect at least 40mg would work better since Ritalin is not as strong as ADDERALL and even theoretically 20mg Ritalin is only 10 mg of ADDERALL. Does brand name 10mg Adderall have a new design? Picked up my Rx yesterday and pill is blue. One side is scored and says 10. The other side, rather than saying AD, has a symbol which looks sort of like a figure 8, or perhaps a letter S with a line through it. Pharmacy says these are brand name Adderall. I have been on Adderall XR 20mg once a day and my dr wrote it for 10mg twice daily; yet the pharmacist filled regular generic adderall xr; I know this because I compared those with a photo from Barr! I have a few questions about Adderall and the exact perscription I am taking. I'm brand new to adderall and would like much more info! I used to take Barr 40mg IR a day (30 in AM, and 10 in afternoon). I wanted to try XR, and was able to receive name brand Adderall XR from Shire 30mg in morning and 10 in afternoon. I started my med journey 6 months ago, titrating up 5-10mg a month with Barr IR. I had side effects in the beginning of my journey, but they subsided. I was recently switched from 10mg ir generic Adderall which was a round blue pill, and am now taking the 20mg ir white generic Adderall pill R 351 and feel that it doesn't give me any effect. I always go to the same pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled, but this time, I was on my way to school so I stopped at a different pharmacy and got my adderall filled there. My usual pills are generic 10mg, as are these new ones. My normal pill bottle reads: Amphetamine Salts 10mg, gen for Adderall 10mg tablet. take one tablet twice a day. These are made by Caraco Pharmaceuticals, I believe (well that's what the bottle says, so I'm assuming that's what it means). They are a turquoise-ish color, and round. The prescription bottle says dextroamp-amphet er 10mg cap. The pill in the bottle is round white dome-shaped on both sides and has no markings. Is it a generic or something? ## Not likely Adderall (or any medication that is is governed by the FDA). Which leaves just some vitamins/herbal supplements that can be sold without any identifying markings. If this was given to you by a pharmacy, see them immediately because an employee may be swapping. Hello I take adderall ir Generic 10mg x2 a day, I notice that it works great in the morning for 3 hours, I will take my 2nd dose and I do not feel anything really. I have no crash and very little symptoms side effects, I am sure to drink a lot of water, I get enough rest, but the 2nd dose dose not help. My usual generic Adderall 10mg pill is usually a round blue pill. It's manufactured usually by Aurobindo and sometimes the pharmacy will give me one manufactured by IMPA (I'm assuming it's an abbreviation). This time, I was given a round light green pill with the numbers 443 and what looks like a smushed letters MP on it. The manufacturer is Northstar (formerly Sun Pharmaceuticals). Is this safe? Camber's new generic for Adderall IR 15mg is no good. Prior to it I got 10mg Adderall from CVS and it worked great! Just got a fill from Kroger since CVS was out of stock. The brand is from Camber and not only does it not work, it makes me feel unwell, sleepy and super irritated. It’s crazy how companies are able to differentiate in their generics like they do. Hi Everyone! Pharmacy tried to give me a new generic--I have always used generic- manufacturer for my Adderall 20XR: Global. I gave it back. Can anyone share their experiences with Global 20XR? In the past when I've switched generic brands with 10mgIR I've had the same major issues that many people have described when switching brands--depression, paranoia, etc. As many people know, this type of thing can totally shut you down at work.
