I was recently switched from Alfuzosin Hydrochloride produced by Sun to one produced by Apotex. The only difference was the inactive ingredients. After the switch, I experienced two back-to-back episodes of severe dizziness and prolonged headaches after heavy exercise. I never experienced this severity during many years on the Sun product. I am wondering if there is are any active ingredients in the Apotex product which could have caused this - Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Polyvinyl acetate phthalate, or Ferric Oxide Yellow. The other ingredients are the same. ## Hello, George! How are you? One of them could have caused it, if you're sensitive to it. However, you should have this checked out, to be sure of the cause. Can I eat milk products while taking doxitet? ## Regarding your thread title, Doxycycline is the active ingredient in and of itself... As far as dairy products go, I would suggest staying away from them during your time on this medication. Reason being is that dairy products (particularly foods and drinks higher in calcium) do interact with Doxycycline, diminishing its efficacy due to decreased absorption of the medication. More details on this interaction can be found in the link below: drugtopics.modernmedicine.com/drug-topics/news/should-patients-doxycycline-avoid-dairy-products I hope this helps!

Hi everyone, I've been taking tramadol for a few years for a severe spinal stenosis, knee pain both knees (work related) upper arm pain, osteoporosis arthritis, etc. When I first started taking tramadol it was for a broken metatarsal in my right foot. I was originally given Vicodin, but I made me too loopy so took it to my doctor and asked for something else, he prescribed ultracet. It was great, no loopiness at all, I was still able to drive, work, etc. This became my drug of choice for pain. I requested it when I broke a metatarsal in left foot, then a fractured right big toe. Fast forward a few years to 2008, I lost vision so I started walking and catching the bus. That's when all of the other pains started. It began with pains in my back and left leg, and leg would fall asle...

Need to know all of the ingredients, active and inactive/other, of Adco-Bisocor please, as I am allergic to lactose, citric acid, etc. ## Sorry, I am new to this forum and do not know the ropes yet. This is not a reply, I am only trying to be more specific. As I use quite a few different chronic medications and am allergic to some ingredients, I need to know as much as possible about them. As my dr could not get hold of the regular CiplaZar 100 I usually take, he had to substitute it with Bilocor. As they both are generics, the inactive ingredients may differ and I was hoping that Bilocor does not contain the accursed citric acid and lactose which seem to be in more or less everything I have to take. Taking ten different chronic medications, the effect of all allergens combined is devas...
