Now I'm trying to fig out the other non narcotic anxiety/ pain ## Have you tried looking into any natural alternatives, such as Essential Oils or various herbs? Kava Kava seems to be a solid option for panic attacks/anxiety: "This is one of the most popular choices for the treatment of anxiety and insomnia. It is a powerful herb from the South Seas. Used as an alternative to Valium, research studies have found it reduces anxiety equivalently. The advantage is that there are no addictive side effects with the Kava Kava. I have been on norco for 3 years. I take up to 5, 10/325 mg tablets. I have recently found out I have an inflammed pancreas. Also, in the past I have had kidney problems. I also take lots of other medications, and I am concerned about my liver, and inflammed pancreas. I want to take an opiate pain killer without acetaminophen, ibprofen, and naproxen because they are bad for your liver. How do I get a drug like that? Why do they put those other otc meds in the pain killer, when it hurts your liver/ ## Hello, Saree! How are you? The Acetaminophen and NSAIDs tend to augment the action of the narcotic in some people, so they often get better pain relief from a lower dose of the narcotic. My doctor cut me from Hydro 5/500 to 5/325. I have been feeling very strange lately. I am having non stop panic attacks and other physical symptoms. Could this small change actually be causing me withdrawal symptoms.? I have been on the 5/500 for about 5 years because of degenerative disc disease management. It is an awful feeling. I just wonder if this is the reason and if it will pass. I take 4 a day. Thank you. ## Hello, Mary! How are you? Yes, it could be causing some withdrawal symptoms and it may take a week or two for your body to adjust to the change. The Acetaminophen actually augments the action of the Hydrocodone, so lowering the amount of it changes how well the narcotic works in your body. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cau...

I have been taking 40 mg of methadone and 10 mg of vicodin for eleven years. I suffer from adhesions and have had twenty six syories. My pain doctor cut my methadone to two five mg for thirty days with twenty mg of perocet. I had one methadone left due to going out of state and had an unforseen extended stay. I took the methadone, when I was given a drug panel my pain doctor said it did come up and he reduced my meds to one 5 mg percocet. I suffer terribly now and my family also suffers. Is there no one on the side of people with real pain ? Do we have no course of action for people who truly suffer, if we band together against FDA and DEA could we be heard? We all know there is a serious pill problem in this country but we are not all pill addicts. Why do we always attack the surface o...

Tolbutamide Drug Index

Tolbutamide is a first-generation potassium channel blocker, sulfonylurea oral hypoglycemic medication. This drug may be used in the management of type 2 diabetes if diet alone is not effective. Tolbutamide stimulates the secretion of insulin by the pancreas. what is main action of rutoheal d tablet? In which conditions it can be use? ## Hello, Based on my research, the medication Rotoheal contains a mixture of Enzymes (Rutoside, Bromelain and Trypsin) that are believed to help with inflammation. The combination of Trypsin, Bromelain, and Rutin can also be used in the treatment of Osteoarthritis. Trypsin is an enzyme; which is a protein that speeds up a specific biochemical reaction. what relationship is this medication to the valumn family? ## Same family - benzodiazepines. Available in 10, 15, 30 & 50mg tablets, its onset of action is very slow, so no good for acute panic attack. Best for those would be diazepam and alprazolam, bromazepam, lorazepam and nordazepam, which are all very fast-acting, I find 2/3mg alprazolam fastest. However, if you're not using bromazepam, then my advice is to do what I do, which is take 3mg alprazolam to deal with the immediate symptoms, and at the same time or 10 mins later, take TWO Seresta Forte or other 50mg strength oxazepam. It gives you several hours of calm, not brutally sedating like diazepam, more like the smooth feeling of a couple of 12mg Lexotanil or Lexilium tablets, to help, when it begins to be felt about 45 m...
