I have been dispensed dihydrocodiene. The manufacturer is Actavis. The pill is about 5mm round in size and shape, white in color, and is imprinted on one side with the letters C,D,H. The letter 'C' appears at the top and letters "DH" appear as a "second line" imprint below the "C". I'm trying to discern that the medication has not be switched or substituded as it was purchased from a pharmacy that gossip about says substitutions happen. Which direction for use is correct I have been given the 35mg once a week ## It should be taken on an empty stomach with nothing to eat for 30 mins. Do not lay back down after taking your dose. Make sure you take it with a full glass 8 oz of water and nothing else. Take any other medications after you eat.
