1 Topic FoundI am taking 300mg twice a day since last 5 years. What can be the harm done to my body du to this. ## Have you consulted your doctor? Aciloc contains the active ingredient Ranitidine, it is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and Gastritis. I'm not really finding a lot of information on such long-term use of it, because it's generally recommended that these only be used for time periods ranging from 2 weeks to a few months.
