All the meds I've gotten in the past...7.5/325 always meant 7.5 oxycodne (h) and the 3.25 meant the acetamenophen..why is it, that this paticular medicine or company explains it opposite...at first glance my thoughts wre 3.25 of oxycone (h) and 7.5 acetamenophen.... which is very confusing. found a bottle of tynol, the date is expired, is it safe to take, still have a bottle left. ## No, Acetaminophen does not get dangerous after the expiration date, however, it may have lost potency, so it may not work as well as it did when it was new. Too much, however, can be very dangerous, so it is not safe to try to take more of it, to achieve the same results. Do you have any questions? ## If acetamenophen has lost potency due to age, why is it dangerous to take more to get the same effect? ## I had a doctor tell me yesterday NEVER to take expired Tylenol. Pharmacist said today also not to take expired aspirin or antibiotics. Other drugs amy/will lose potency.

I take several medications and see to be having issues on occasion and I am wondering if I should be taking all these meds at specific times other that what the label says to get the best benefits and possibly have less yucky issues. My body isn't absorbing all my medications or all of my food. Clearly what goes in the mouth should not come out the other end in the same form as it went in.
