T R 200 Imprint

Could someone tell me if they have seen a round tablet with green flecked topside and white the bottom side, with the imprint T R 200 on it? I think the imprint is on the green side. What I have been told is that it is some kind of pain relief/muscle relaxant, but would like to know what it is. Someone gave it to my son for relief from Fibro symptoms, and I would like to know what he is taking.
