Hi Gang, I have ADD, a PhD and depression that seems to be rooted in the ADD... Like I have great ideas but 1. I disagree with myself about what to do first and 2. I have a hard time estimating time and so have a hard time organizing my days. On Wellbutrin 150 mg now for 1.5 months and I feel great, no big difference except some killer headaches at first and feeling thirsty a lot. Drinking water helps a lot! Haha. So I feel like I can plan my days better. I feel like "this afternoon" is a real thing, instead of this black hole in my mind. The days seem longer. And when I think back, each day feels like 3 days. Is thus the effect I am supposed to get? I feel like my ADD is being subtly molded into a manageable condition. ## Hey melster, that sounds promising. I also have add and ...

glutaphos daily dosage ## Glutaphos is a supplement, not a medication, is claimed to help with brain function and cognitive abilities. It contains: 325mg GLUTAMIC Acid, 200mg DICALCIUM Phosphate, 5mg THIAMINE hydrochloride and 10mcg VITAMIN B12. The regular dosage is listed as 1 tablet daily, or 2 after strenuous mental activity. Do you have any other questions? ## what are the contraindications if any? ## Sidz, since it is a supplement, as I said, rather than a mediation, that information isn't studied for it, as it is for medications. So, we have no way of knowing if there are any contraindications. Very sorry, I wish I could help you! Does anyone have more information on this? ## what is the best time to take such drug?? ## I used to take glutaphos before and its really effective...

Greetings. I am a 67 year old woman destroyed by auto immune disorders that required prednisone that destroyed me further. I had 8 surgeries in 1.5 years which left me very handicapped and I have RA and osteoporosis. Constant pain and limited abilities. Worst of all is pain in my hands, limiting the crafts that would keep me happy. Constant intense pain which I have been on Tramadol for. Now a pain management center has started me on Butrans 5. And I am afraid. Because of my auto immune conditions there’s not a side effect my body doesn’t love to grasp. I never read the inserts that come with a med, because I don’t want to know. Talk me up or down please. I need to live free of this pain. I can’t bear it another day. I had my hips, knees and one shoulder replaced...

what is delaudin used for ## it's DilauDID- it is a morphine hybrid pill that comes in 2, 4, & 8 mg pills- they state the # on one side- it's used to treat severe pain in larger doses, i had a friend with cancer who had a giant bottle of them- they bring euphoria with their pain-killing abilities- but they are very addictive. to compare them to larger-name drugs, they aren't as potent as morphine, they're between vicodin & percocet as far as effects go... ## Delaudin is 4 times as strong as morphine ## what are the side effects of deladin ## What are the side effects. ## To add some clarification to this post, I'd like to say that yes, the correct medication name is Dilaudid. It is a very potent narcotic pain medication that contains the active ingredient Hyd...

I have PTPS due to Thorecotomy surgery. I also have HEP C. My PM doctor has prescribed me Norco 10-325. Wouldn't it make more sense to prescribe oxycodone without Tylenol??? How do I bring this up to him without sounding like I'm questioning his doctor abilities? I don't want to offend him, but I just don't understand why here give me Tylenol based meds with a liver disease. ## Hello, Arein! How are you? It may have slipped your doctor's mind, they do have a lot of patients and diagnoses to keep track of every day. It would be best to just sit down and honestly tell him your concern about taking it. You don't have to seem like a drug seeker, you can avoid asking for a specific medication to replace it, just leave that in his hands and tell you that you're wor...

can you take muscle relaxer with hydrocodone and ibuprofen? ## Only as presscribed by your dr. ## @dawn, It would probably depend on which specific drug you're referring to. But based on my own research, there are drug interactions between the prescription muscle relaxer known as Tizanidine and Hydrocodone. Apparently if you take them together it can potentiate certain side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness, and impaired cognitive abilities. However, with proper dosing and administration your doctor may be able to help you decrease these risks. I hope this helps answer your question! ## Hydrocodone and an actual muscle relaxer will potentiate each other. But, as Davis said with proper dosing instructions, the effects should be minimized.

I had B12 defiiciency. Now it is in d normal range, but just above the lower level. So, in a yr, 3 mths I take COBADEX. Sometimes, I get chest pain. ECG & stress test are normal. In cardiac CT, no calcification & other irregularity observed except 1.5 cm intramyocardial bridging. Dr has said it is OK. No medicine prescribed. Whether I should take ecosprin 75 as pre cautionery measure? ## Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin and, in such cases, it is often given for its blood thinning abilities. However, if your tests are not showing any major problems, you may not need to use it. Have you asked your doctor's advice? Have they done any tests on your stomach? Some conditions, such as ulcers, GERD and Gastritis can also cause chest pain. In these instances, then taki...

I have been on antidepressants for 4 yrs.Started with lexapro, then effexor, now wellbutrin-This medication has made me feel the most normal I have felt in a long time for the most part. Two weeks later I moved back home.I have not had a regular period since I started this medication and feel I am going through menopause. I am 45 so its possible, but after reading uncommon side affects not so sure. I had an 18 day period in nov, none in Dec,and have the signs of one to start but not sure. I had severe depression hit again friday and last through today so far-feel crazy, lots of anxiety, no confidence in any abilities. Dr wants to supple...

Is it ok to cut a v 48 11 in half? And also will it be ok to do normal activities after I take a half? ## Anyone??? ## Come on ## Hi kay, Usually if there is a score line (divid) embedded into the tablet, it means the manufacturer purposely made it so patients could easily cut it in half. Since this particular tablet is scored, I would personally feel safe doing so. Regarding your concerns about doing normal activities afterwards, there's really no way to know ahead of time how this medication is going to effect you (since it really can effect each person differently). Taking half seems like a good place to start though, if you want to assess how your body reacts/responds to a smaller dose of it, before committing to the full amount. Some people may feel like their abilities to perf...

I used to look at a word and the spelling looked either correct or not. Now often I cannot recognise if a word is correctly spelt by looking at the spelling. I have discussed this with my UK GP and come off the drug and this problem appears to have improved after just a few days. I've Googled this problem and cannot find anything. Anybody in the USA experienced this problem please? Stewart. ## I haven't seen any reports of such issues, but it's hard to say how any medication may affect any particular person that takes it and I really wouldn't be surprised at much of anything from the Statin class of drugs. Learn more Simvastatin details here. Another factor that you may want to consider is your age. There can be a natural decline in such cognitive abilities as you age an...
