I have for many years used this medication and found it the adequate treatment for my hypertension. Its accessibility over the past few years has been increasingly and aggravatingly sketchy..sometimes the pharmacy has it in stock; more often it does not and has to order making it necessary to order way ahead of need. The pharmacist had to tell me that Abbott was no longer making the pill and neither they nor affliates of Walgreens could get any. It was their mistake in not telling me earlier this was the case although they evidently had faxed my cardiologist and had gotten no answer; therefore no order for a replacement. The pha...

I have been taking Vicodin HP prescribed by my doctor for Lupus and it has worked so well. Now the pharmacies say they are no longer making it.Can you please help me with my problem. I had sent another message before but I had sent the wrong e-mail. ## Some companies were marketing unapproved version of these types of medications and have been forced to stop due to a crack down by the FDA. You need to speak to your doctor about possibly getting the name brand or finding a suitable alternative. Have you contacted your doctor, yet?
