white pill almost size of dime g128 on one side
Can anyone help me my dad has 6 loose pills they are round almost size of a dime white in color and have G 128 below the G on one side only of the pill ## What you do is type in the search: G 128, and you will find out what it is. ## Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked. That leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? Some OTC products can be regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ...

GP 128 inscribed on long white oval pill
I found this in my teenage sons drawer. What is it? I can't locate it on the computer. On one side it is GP 128 and the other side is smooth. Long white oval pill. ## Glucophage's generic (Metformin) Anti-Diabetic pill ## That reads a little strange, so I'd like to make things a little more clear to avoid confusion. Glucophage would actually be the brand name, not the manufactured, like that post might make one think, though the identification is correct. And to be more specific, it is a 1,000mg Metformin tablet, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar levels. You can learn more Metformin details here. Are there any questions or comments? ...

i found a round white pill with the imprint MEX on top and under it 128 someone said its a percocet 5mg. I've never heard of or seen this pill before ## I've tried searching for this several times since I first saw your post, but I've had no luck finding anything, either in prescription drug databases or just general Google searching. Learn more OTC drug details here. The imprint really make me suspect that it's an over the counter item, which would rule it out as being a Percocet. Where did you find it? ## Did you ever find out what it was? I also found one. ...

What Do All Metformin Pills Look Like
What does Metformin 1000 mg look like in all forms? ## Metformin is a generic medication, so it is manufactured by several different companies and they will all have different markings to enable their identification, thus there is really no way I could post what all of them look like and the descriptions. Just to give you a few examples... White, oblong, 93 on one side, 7214 on the opposite. White, oblong, GP 128. White, oblong, Z 71. and white, oval, C 474 are all examples of 1000mg Metformin tablets. Learn more Metformin details here. Do any of these match the tablet you're questioning? What is this pill? White, scored, capsule shaped that says GMP-12 ## Hi Kerry, Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a pill that matches your description exactly. The closest match I've found is Metformin (1000 mg); which is an oral anti-diabetic drug in the Biguanide class. It is the first-line drug of choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, in particular, in overweight and obese people and those with normal kidney function. It is a white oval pill with the imprint GP 128 (divided by a score line) Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00781-5052 Has anyone seen a pill like the one Kerry has described? If so, please post back with any information you can provide. Thanks! ...
