My generic brand of Lipitor was recalled. CVS gave me replacement of above in the old bottom. Just wanted to double check the medication prior to taking it. ## The tablet in question contains 10mgs of Atorvastatin, which is a generic for Lipitor, so if that's the correct dosage, then you do have the right pill. I just need to identify what pill this is. ## A white oval tablet with A10 on one side and APO on the other side is most likely Atorvastatin Calcium 10mg (NDC 60429-323). It is a generic for Lipitor and is part of the "statin" drugs for lowering cholesterol. Below is an image: Now, I said "most likely", because there is another drug with a different NDC code which is coming up as having the same imprint codes.
