My aunt just received these pills from pharmacy and she wanted to know all side effects before taking medication. ## AN 627 does not contain Methadone or any other narcotic. It contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a centrally acting analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Read more: What led you to believe they were Methadone? ## If she was on methadones and they switched her to tramadol that can cause serious health problems and withdrawals. She needs to contact the pharmacy and her doctor asap. Hope ?? all works out. ## I was going to say the exact same thing about the 617 and blank side because my brother takes 8 of these a day and they are Tramadol positively.

Pain ## This is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram. This is classifieds as a narcotic, because it is derived from an opiate and can be addictive, however it works like a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
