What is this? 511 3620 400, larger oval. Peach colored. ## Hello, Barley! How are you? Does the tablet have all of these numbers on it? I'm not finding a listing for anything that matches this description and having that many on it seems somewhat odd. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. What is in Darvocet "5112 V"? Is it as effective as Vicodin 750? ## 5112V is a generic Darvocet, which contains Acetaminophen 650mg + Propoxyphene 100 mg. It is a narcotic pain reliever, but is different from Vicodin because it contains Propoxyphene instead of Hydrocodone. The Vicodin 750 which you are talking about contains Acetaminophen 750 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg.
