A 48 Oxycodone 10 Mg

I take prescribed oxycodone 5mg with v on one side and 48/10 on the other. Tonight I think I took two at the same time by mistake instead of my usual 1 mg lorazapan for sleep. Instead of drowzy i feel nausous a little dizzy and too alert. is this normal and will it pass? I was taking 2 white 5mg oxycodone IR tabs 2x/day but they were only partially useful in reducing my pain. My doctor reluctantly prescribed 2 pink 10 mg oxycodone IR (= 20mg) tabs every 12 hours. The number 048 is on these tabs. I have had them for three days now and I am taking them as prescribed, but they do not seem to work nearly as well as the former 5mg white tabs. Is this an issue that is simply in my head or is there a reason why taking 2 of the pink 10 mg tabs twice a day aren't working like I thought they would? I am prescribed 5 mug of oxycodone. On the bottle is shows round white 48/10 but the pill inside is round white, bigger and just has the # 223. I got my script at a different pharmacy and they look different - are they the same? I normally get oval A333. The new ones are oval also but have 4829 V. I have been taking 15 mgs of oxycodone 5 times a day for 4 yrs, but they stopped working. Then I was taking dilaudid with 15 mg oxycodone. Still no help. Now I am taking Embeda 30-1.2 twice daily and Norco 10-325 4 times a day. Still in pain.
