I found a few of these while I was cleaning and I have children in my home. I was curious so I looked it up and could not find it. Also I think the E imprint is more like a logo. ## That is the Hungarian version of Xanax; active ingredient alprazolam (a bensodiazepin, sedative, addictive). This exact pill is called Frontin, Hungarian pharmaceutical company. ## Frontin 0.5 mg Oval tablet, biconvex, yellow, marked with "E312" on one side and scored on the other side. Seems that's it's Alprazolam. ## So if a 312 is 0.5mg of alprazolam, I presume a 313 mite be 1mg of alprazolam? ## Definitely .5mg alprazolam. Frontin is the actual pharmaceutical name. These pills are white, oblong and are scored like gabapentin are. On one side they have a S G and on the other is a 1 78. Are these gabapentin / neurontin? ## Hello, Gabby! How are you? Yes, this tablet is manufactured by ScieGen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 800mgs of Gabapentin (NDC 50228-0178). The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, dry mouth, and weight gain. However, there are many oval, white tablets that are scored, so please don't assume that they all contain Gabapentin. Inactive Ingredients: - Poloxamer 407 - Mannitol - Magnesium Stearate - Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (Type H) - Talc - Copovidone K25-31 - Crospovidone - Silicon Dioxide - Hypromelloses - Titanium Dioxide - Polyethylene Glycol ## Are...

found on floor I think my cat may have had it in his mouth. ## Hi Kae, You had mentioned that the cat may have had it in his mouth. Do you think there's any possibility of there being a marking on the other side that could've faded due to this occurrence - perhaps also making the numbers difficult to accurately interpret? I only ask because the closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with "61 | 61" (scored down the center) on one side and a cursive-like "V" embedded on the other. If it's any consolation, this particular tablet reportedly contains 100mgs of Trazodone hydrochloride, used for treating insomnia. And for additional verification, the manufacturer is listed as Vintage Pharmaceuticals (also known as Qualitest). Does anyone else here recog...

What is a white round pill marked and scored on one side only (1800 with a fancy V at the top)? ## Hi Naganama, I located a round white pill with a fancy V below a score line and the numbers 0031 above it. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. And even if it's not a match, I think we can still point out that Qualitest is probably the manufacturer since they make other tablets ...
