After a year is up, the medication should still be safe but it will start to lose its potency and can no longer be as effective. However, there are some medications that can become dangerous after they expire. That being said, it's best to not take any medication after its expiration date. Since yours is considerable old, I definitely would not advise you to take any. I hope this helps!

It has Hyoscyamine 0.12 mg, Methenamine 120 mg, Methylene Blue 10 mg, Phenyl Salicylate 36 mg, and Sodium Phosphate 40.8 mg.
